Nathaniel Wedge

Nathaniel Wedge brings over 20 years of experience in general home construction, renovations, rehabilitation, general contracting, civil and structural engineering, and property and asset management. With a proven track record as a Project Director, Senior Construction Superintendent, and Asset Manager, Nathaniel’s goal and vision are to provide exceptional insight and services to institutional investors, private investors, business owners, property developers, property managers, and property owners.

Hank Dillard

Hank Dillard is a Middle Tennessee native with a strong work ethic and a lifelong connection to the construction industry. He earned his degree in Construction Science and Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he strengthened his hands-on experience with formal training and proven industry practices.

Hank has worked on residential, commercial, and civil projects, gaining practical experience at every stage of construction. Time spent in the field has given him a clear understanding of how projects move from early planning to final completion. He’s known for steady leadership and clear communication to keep projects running smoothly. Above all, he’s committed to delivering quality work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
